Meetings are held to conduct city business, however at their regular meetings, Council does receive comments from the public during public input. If a citizen wishes to address the Council at a meeting, they must submit a Public Meeting Appearance Card (PDF) to the City Secretary. These forms are also available at the entrance to the City Council meeting.
